Club Haven is a Members Club with a difference. It is packed full of free Pamper Sessions, treatment discounts and added benefits available to everyone. Below are some Frequently Asked Questions which should answer any questions you may have about Club Haven.
How do I join?
All existing clients become members automatically. New clients become members after their first appointment.
Does it cost anything to join?
No, it's just our way of giving something back to our loyal customers.
What do I get?
One Haven Pound (HP) for every £1 spent at The Haven
Balloch and The Haven Spa in Drymen. HP's can then be
exchanged for our Bonus Pamper Sessions or discounts
on future treatments and products from our stores.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, just the more you visit the quicker you'll enjoy the
benefits.
How many HP’s do I need to get something free?
We have devised a wide range of 'Relax-Haven Sessions' that can be taken in exchange for your HP's. They have
been specially devised to help you switch-off, unwind,
chill-out and enjoy some 'me-time'. All Relax-Haven Sessions are subject to availability. Appointments are available Monday – Friday
at both locations and must be pre-booked. HP's are not
transferable between members and appointments are
offered on a first come first served basis, so book early.
How will I know how many HP's I have?
Your current balance is printed at the bottom of each till
receipt. You can also call in at any point to check your
balance.
How long are HP's valid for?
HP's are valid for 2 years from date of issue.
Can my points be deducted from me?
If they are not used within 2 years of issue they will be
automatically removed from the scheme and cannot be reissued.
Anyone failing to arrive for more than 2 consecutive
appointments without prior notice will automatically lose
any outstanding HP's.
How can I get extra HP's?
We run special days when DOUBLE HP's are offered during
off-peak hours (these will be promoted on our website). We
will also offer HP's to guest houses, B&B's,
accommodation providers and local business owners. Make
sure your guests tell us how they heard about us and bonus
HP’s will be added to your own account too.
If you recommend a friend that hasn't visited The Haven
before you will also receive 50 Bonus HP's if they add your
name to their Consultation Card on their first visit.
Sounds too good to be true-where’s the catch?
There isn't one. It's just our way of saying THANK YOU for
the last 9 years and looking forward to the future together.
