My name is Debra Bell and I would like to welcome you to The Haven, a small piece of heaven on the tranquil shores of
Scotland's beautiful Loch Lomond. My dream for The Haven began many years ago while living and working in the Far
East. My time spent in Hong Kong expanded my mind in so many different directions and gave me a greater understanding of simplicity and balance and how achieving this in our lives can enrich our everyday existence beyond belief. In
Australia I learned to appreciate our natural bounty and began creating exotic lotions and potions made purely from
Mother Natures treasure chest of herbs and plant life.
In Thailand I discovered Reiki and learned the importance of finding beauty within. Our body is so powerful there is
nothing we cannot achieve - sometimes we just need a helping hand. And finally in Bali I found bliss. Here I was
introduced to the wonder of the Natural Spa. In this tropical
Paradise I found sanctuaries full of wonderful aromas, sounds, sights and sensations- retreats where you would go to
be pampered and pummeled, spaces where your senses are overwhelmed by the elements, where you would switch off and
simply be. With these thoughts, feelings and memories in mind I created The Haven.
Whether you are in need of a pampering body treatment, a luxurious beauty boost or simply wish to switch off and
forget the stresses of everyday life, you'll find exactly what you are looking for here at The Haven. I wish you all

I am joint owner of the business with my wife Debra. I came on-board ful time 3 years ago and love being part of the team (although being surrounded by women 24 hours a day is not always as exciting as it sounds!!!. (Only joking girls!).
The highlight of my time at The Haven so far has to be when we were announced as winners of the Salon of Year (Scotland and NW) in London last year. The atmosphere was electric and none of us could wipe the smiles from our faces for days afterwards.

There have been many highlights during my time with the Haven with the most memorable being the occasions when I won the UK Facial Therapist of the Year Award at the British Beauty & Spa Awards ceremonies in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Knowing I have make the Hall of Fame in 2010 is breath-taking and something I will always be tremendously proud of.
In 2009 I was promoted to Salon Manager which has expanded my mind in so many different directions and given me challenges and experiences I would could never have dreamt of. Although I continue to work with clients on a daily basic, my focus now includes training and motivating others in the team to continue to offer our exceptional standards in everything we do.
One of my favourite parts of my work now is mentoring new members of staff and helping them to gain the same levels of satisfaction from their work as I continue to do.

I joined The Haven in 2007 from the Turnberry Hotel in Ayrshire. Since then my feet have hardly touched the ground. In 2009 I was a finalist in the UK Body Therapist of the Year category at the British Beauty and Spa Awards.
We had an amazing evening in London and although I was a little disappointed not to win on this occasion, I was thrilled to have made it to the final 5 out of over 1000 entries. I was also extremely proud to be part of the team that went on to win the Salon of the Year (Scotland and NW) award for that year.
I am now the Spa Manager of our branch at The Haven Spa in Drymen. I now run a team of 8 very special therapists and feel blessed to work in this amazing environment on a daily basis.

I am based at our Spa in Drymen and focus mainly on bodywork and Massage.
Having joined The Haven in 2011 from another loch-side Spa I really enjoy being part of such a small but dedicated team and look forward to working more with the fabulous Moroccan La Sultane Rituals.

I joined the Haven straight from college early in 2011 and am loving learning so many new things.
My favourite treatment to do is Hot Stone Massage and am really looking forward to offering the new Just Be Facials.

I'm based in both Balloch and Drymen and offer a range of therapies including my favourite, all forms of Massage.

I am the newest member of the team having joined recently from Royal Terrace Spa in Glasgows West End.
I specialise in deep tissue Massage and Waxing and cannot wait to work with the La Sultane de Saba Moroccan range.
I will be based predominately in The Haven Spa in Drymen and hope you see you there soon!
